Cancellation and Studio Policy

Adults Only
MADE Studio & Shop is an adults-only (18+) studio. All classes, workshops, and open studio sessions are reserved for participants 18 and older.

Cancellation Policy
At MADE Studio & Shop, our classes are intentionally small. Each registration reserves a dedicated seat, materials, and instructor time.

One-Off Workshops
• 7 or more days before the workshop → full refund to original form of payment
• 48 hours or more → studio credit
• Less than 48 hours → no refund or credit

Series Courses
• 2 or more weeks before the course start → full refund to original form of payment
• 7 or more days before → studio credit
• Less than 7 days → no refund or credit

No-shows are not eligible for refund or credit.
Booking and service fees are non-refundable.

Late Arrivals
Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in not being able to participate. This ensures minimal disruption and allows classes to run as intended.

Transfers
Registrations may be transferred to another individual. Please notify us in advance at info@madedayton.com.

Materials & Process
Many of our classes involve hands-on processes and multiple steps. Depending on the medium, work may shift, wear, or develop small imperfections as part of the making process. MADE is not responsible for minor flaws.

For processes that involve firing or specialized finishing (such as ceramics), there is an inherent risk of breakage or loss. In the event that a piece is fully lost or breaks beyond usability, participants may register for a future workshop at 50% off. Determination is at the discretion of MADE.

Work Pick-Up
For classes that include finished take-home work, participants will be notified when items are ready. All work must be picked up within 5 weeks of notification. Items not collected within this timeframe may be discarded to accommodate studio capacity.

Photography
We regularly photograph classes and finished work for use on our website, social media, and promotional materials. If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify us at info@madedayton.com.
